Unit UT337B is a laser particle counter by UNI-T that measures the quantity and size distribution of airborne particles in real time; it detects simultaneously in 6 channels from 0.3 µm to 10.0 µm. The reference standard is ISO 21501-4-2018; the counting efficiency is ≥50% at 0.3 µm and 100% at 0.5 µm. The sampling flow is 2.83 L/min (±5%, 0.1 CFM), the maximum sampling concentration is 2,000,000/L and the sampling time is 5 s to 6 h; cumulative and differential counting modes are provided. Temperature (±0.5 °C, -10–50 °C), relative humidity (±5.0%, 0.1–99.9%) and dew point (±0.5 °C, 0–50 °C) are also measured. It has a 3.5″ colour LED screen, data storage of 10000 records, an integrated camera, app connection via Wi-Fi, PC connection via Type-C and data export. It runs for about 5 hours on a 2600 mAh lithium battery and weighs about 710 g. The standards are EN 61326-1:2021 (Class A) and EN 60825-1:2014, and results can be assessed against ISO 14644-1 Class 4–9 and EU GMP A–D cleanliness classes.
