An LED floodlight is an outdoor luminaire with a dust- and water-protected housing that directs high luminous flux onto a specific area. It is used to light building facades, gardens, parking lots, construction sites, storage yards, signs and billboards. The category lists İnoled, ACK and Cata brand standard and sensor LED floodlights in powers such as 30 W, 50 W, 100 W and 200 W, in IP64, IP65 and IP66 ratings, in 3000 K, 4000 K and 6500 K white light as well as amber, green and blue colors. Choose the floodlight by the luminous flux needed for the size of the area to be lit and the mounting height, the IP rating suited to the environment, the light color and the beam angle. The first digit of the IP code indicates protection against dust and the second against water; IP64 means a dust-tight housing protected against splashing water, and IP65 and IP66 mean a dust-tight housing protected against water jets. Sensor models are for points that do not need continuous lighting, such as entrances, parking lots and garden gates. An LED floodlight does not replace a street luminaire designed for road lighting; a street luminaire has optics that spread the light along the road and a pole connection.
