Unit UT381PV is a solar irradiance meter that measures 0 – 1400 W/m² under natural and simulated sunlight, with two measurement channels for ambient and solar panel temperature. Irradiance accuracy is ±(5.0%+5 digits) with 1 W/m² resolution. The temperature range is -40 °C – 120 °C (-40 °F – 248 °F); the inclination range is -90.0° – +90.0° and the azimuth range is 0° – 360°. It stores 12800 sets at a 1 s – 60 min interval, connects over Bluetooth to the iENV mobile app at up to 100 m, and can be integrated with the UT541 15 kW photovoltaic I-V curve analyzer. The housing is UV-resistant with IP65 protection and 2 m drop resistance, and a quick-release solar panel mounting bracket is included. It is used for solar panel installation and maintenance in photovoltaic power stations and for product testing in PV laboratories. It runs on 2 × AA batteries and weighs about 212 g (battery not included).
