Empty Push Button Enclosures
An empty push button enclosure is a control box that has button mounting holes cut in its cover and in which the user fits the buttons and contact blocks. It is used for button layouts that ready-fitted boxes do not cover, or when building a field control station with the push button series you already have. The category includes boxes from the brands Bemis, EMAS and Gwest in different capacities such as 1, 2, 3 and 5 positions, with ABS plastic and aluminum housings and IP44 and IP67 protection ratings. Select the box by number of positions, compatibility of the hole diameter with your push button series, housing material, IP rating and color; yellow-housing models are also offered for the emergency stop button. An empty push button enclosure is not a push button control box; the buttons and contact blocks are purchased separately, and the enclosure's IP rating applies only when all the holes are closed with suitable buttons or blanking plugs.
