Socket-Mounted Combination Boxes

A socket-mounted combination box is a socket distribution box with industrial sockets fitted to its housing and, in many models, a compartment for modular devices such as fuses and residual current devices. It is used in places such as construction sites, workshops, production lines and fairgrounds to supply machines and hand tools from a single point through plug-in connections. Bemis, TP Elektrik and Mete Enerji products come with 5x32 A or 5x16 A sockets on the front and 1x16 A sockets on the side, ABS, halogen-free ABS, polyamide and aluminum housings, and IP44, IP65, IP66 and IP67 protection classes. Choose the box by the current and number of poles of the plugs to be connected, the number of sockets required, the number of fuses to be installed, housing material, and the IP rating the environment requires. In the Bemis V series, the number in the model name indicates the fuse capacity. Versions without sockets, with fuses, with residual current protection and with wiring are indicated in the product name or data. A socket-mounted combination box should not be confused with an empty combination box: an empty box is only a housing, and the sockets and devices are purchased and installed separately.
