At 15 m, the transmitter and receiver units must be mounted opposite each other on the axis. The light source is an IR LED transmitter, read directly by the receiver. At 15 m, single-sided use is not suitable; correct mounting is opposed axis mounting. The output is PNP (sourcing output) type and connects to the PLC as a sourcing input.
