Unit MSO3054X is an MSO3000X series mixed signal oscilloscope with 500 MHz bandwidth, a 5 GSa/s sample rate and four analog plus 16 digital channels. Technical values: bandwidth 500 MHz; 4 analog + 16 digital channels; rise time ≤ 0.75 ns; sample rate 5 GSa/s (interleaved) and 2.5 GSa/s (non-interleaved), 1.25 GSa/s on the digital channels; memory depth up to 500 Mpts; vertical resolution 8-bit (up to 12-bit with ERES); vertical scale 500 µV/div to 10 V/div (1 MΩ) and 500 µV/div to 1 V/div (50 Ω); time base 500 ps/div – 1 ks/div; waveform capture rate 800,000 wfms/s (2,000,000 wfms/s in sequence mode); display 10.1-inch 1280 × 800 capacitive touch screen; power consumption up to 120 W; dimensions 378 × 218 × 120 mm, weight 3.83 kg. With up to 500 Mpts of memory and an 800,000 wfms/s capture rate it catches sporadic events; it examines analog and digital channels together and also works as a spectrum analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency counter and protocol analyzer.
