Unit UPO1104 is a UPO1000 series digital phosphor oscilloscope with 100 MHz bandwidth, four analog channels and a 2 GSa/s real-time sample rate. Technical values: bandwidth 100 MHz; 4 analog channels; rise time ≤ 3.5 ns; sample rate 2 GSa/s with one channel, 1 GSa/s with two channels and 500 MSa/s with four channels; memory depth up to 56 Mpts; vertical resolution 8-bit; vertical scale 500 µV/div to 20 V/div; time base 1 ns/div – 1000 s/div; waveform capture rate 150,000 wfms/s (500,000 wfms/s in Fast Acquire mode); display 7-inch 800 × 480 TFT LCD; power consumption up to 75 W; dimensions 336 × 170 × 110 mm, weight 2.45 kg. With 56 Mpts memory and a 150,000 wfms/s capture rate it catches sporadic signal events, and it decodes RS232/UART, I2C and SPI buses in hardware over the full memory.
