Unit UT-P41 is a clamp-type current probe for oscilloscopes with a BNC input that uses the Hall effect to measure AC/DC current without breaking the circuit. The output ratios are 100 mV/A and 10 mV/A, the current range is 50 mA–100 A (50 mA–10 A peak on the 100 mV/A range and 10–100 A peak on the 10 mV/A range), the frequency range is DC – 100 kHz (-3 dB) and the working voltage is 600 V. Load impedance is ≥1 MΩ and ≤100 pF and insertion impedance is 0.01 Ω; rise time is 3 µs on 100 mV/A and <4 µs on 10 mV/A. The probe has ON and OL (overload) indicators and a zero thumbwheel, and uses a 9 V alkaline battery. The cable length is 2 m, the dimensions are 231 × 67 × 36 mm and the weight is 330 g including the battery.
