Ultra mini DC 3-wire inductive sensors are metal sensing sensors made for mounting locations smaller than M8, with cylindrical housings of 4 mm, 5 mm and 6.5 mm diameter. They are used to detect part presence or end position in miniature grippers, small pneumatic actuators, electronic assembly machines and fine mechanisms. This category includes Lanbao and Isıso branded flush-head models with 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm sensing distances; the output is NPN or PNP, and connection is by 2 m cable or M8 connector. Choose the housing diameter, sensing distance, NPN or PNP output and cable or M8 connector connection according to the mounting hole and the PLC input card. The supply is given as 10-30 V DC; the product data lists switching frequencies of 2 kHz and 2.5 kHz.
