CEE Panel Plugs

A CEE panel plug is a CEE standard power inlet with male contacts, also called a machine plug, mounted by its flange on a machine housing or panel surface. On compressors, welding machines, portable panels and portable machines, it forms the inlet point into which the extension socket at the end of the supply cable is inserted. This category lists TP Elektrik, Bemis, Bals and PCE panel plugs in straight, angled and flanged housings, at 16 A, 32 A, 63 A and 125 A currents, in IP44 and IP67 ratings; there is also a black housing series and phase-inverter types used to change the phase sequence. Select the panel plug according to the current, pole arrangement and clock position of the socket on the supply cable, as well as the housing form, flange size and IP rating. In a straight housing the plug opening stands perpendicular to the surface; in an angled housing it is angled downward and the cable of the inserted socket hangs downward. A panel plug is not used as a power outlet and does not replace a panel socket, because exposed pins can be present only on the receiving side of the power.
