Kraus & Naimer KG105 T203/75 KL71 is a 125 A (Ith), 3-pole emergency stop main switch (red handle, yellow front plate); supplied as a maintenance and safety switch in a KL series plastic enclosure (KL71), IP66/67, enclosure size 250 x 145 x 107 mm. Ratings: rated insulation voltage Ui 690 V, impulse withstand voltage Uimp 6 kV, AC-21A 125 A, three-phase motor rating at 380–440 V: AC-3 37 kW, AC-23A 45 kW, maximum fuse 125 A gG, short-time withstand current 2000 A (1 s). Connection: flexible conductors 4–35 mm², solid or stranded conductors 2.5–50 mm², terminal tightening torque 3 Nm. The enclosure has IP66/67 protection and is flame resistant to UL94 V-0; a ground terminal and a safety interlocked cover are standard equipment. The KG and C316 series switches exceed the requirements of IEC 60947-3 / EN 60947-3 (VDE 0660 part 107), IEC/EN 60204 and VDE 0113 and are used as switch disconnectors, main switches and maintenance switches.
