Hes NA2XSY 1x95/16 mm2 20.3/35 kV YAXC7V-R Aluminium Medium Voltage Cable is a 20.3/35 kV (20.8/36 kV) rated, single-core medium voltage cable with XLPE insulation, copper screen, PVC outer sheath and stranded aluminium conductor (YAXC7V-R). For the nominal cross-section of 1x95/16 mm² (conductor/screen), the approximate outer diameter is 39.5 mm, the approximate net weight is 1500 kg/km, the maximum DC conductor resistance is 0.320 Ω/km at 20 °C and 0.4096 Ω/km at 90 °C. Current carrying capacity is 284 A (flat formation) / 256 A (trefoil) in ground and 328 A (flat formation) / 281 A (trefoil) in air. The maximum conductor temperature is 90 °C and 250 °C under short circuit (5 s); the minimum bending radius is 15 x D. It is used in power stations, switchgear and industrial plants and local power distribution where mechanical damage risk is low, in the ground or in cable ducts. Standards: TS HD 620 S3, TSE K 204.
